In a landmark victory for life, the Supreme Court just ruled in Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic that states can finally cut off Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood! This decision strikes a powerful blow against the abortion industry, affirming that states have the right to keep taxpayer dollars out of the hands of those who profit from killing innocent human beings. Life Legal filed an amicus brief in the case to support defunding Planned Parenthood. Now we are urging Congress to defund abortion at the federal level.
