Roger Foley’s plea: to live — and to be treated with dignity.

Life Legal attorneys are representing Roger Foley, a disabled man in British Columbia who is fighting for his life — literally.

Roger suffers from a debilitating neurological disorder. Instead of offering him compassionate care, Canadian health officials have repeatedly pressured him to end his life through Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID).

When Roger asked for in-home support — help with daily living, nutrition, and safety — hospital staff suggested euthanasia as a “solution.” They even offered to arrange it.

Think about that for a moment.
A man who wants to live is being urged to die — by the very people entrusted to protect him.

Roger recorded these conversations. He has pleaded with officials to respect his dignity and provide the care he needs to remain at home. But the system is designed to steer people like him toward death, not life.

That’s why Life Legal has stepped in.

Our attorneys are working to hold the health system accountable for coercing vulnerable people toward euthanasia and to defend Roger’s fundamental right to live — with dignity, not despair.

Roger’s courage has already exposed how far the culture of death has advanced. But he cannot fight this battle alone.

Please pray for Roger, and for our legal team as we stand beside him.
And if you can, please make a tax-deductible gift today to help us continue defending those whom society deems “better off dead.”

Because when a government decides whose lives are worth living, no one is safe.
